Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ExecutiveEdge programmes, workshops and events. By registering for an ExecutiveEdge programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Workshop Bookings, Payment & Cancellations
Your place on an ExecutiveEdge programme is confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation email from.
Places are intentionally limited to ensure a highly interactive, personalised learning experience and are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
Cancellations
- 30 days or more before the programme start date: 100% refund
- Between 30 days and 7 days before the programme start date: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the programme start date: No refund
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant from your organisation at any time before the programme begins, subject to prior written notice and approval from ExecutiveEdge.
2. Programme Changes
ExecutiveEdge reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, facilitators, guest executives, venue, delivery format or schedule where necessary.
If ExecutiveEdge postpones or cancels a programme, participants will be offered either:
- A place on an alternative programme date; or
- A full refund of the programme fee paid.
ExecutiveEdge is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a programme.
3. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, frameworks, presentations, workbooks, exercises and related content remain the intellectual property of ExecutiveEdge and/or its licensors.
Programme materials are provided solely for the personal use of registered participants and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, published or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ExecutiveEdge.
4. Confidentiality
ExecutiveEdge programmes are designed to encourage open discussion, peer learning and the sharing of real business challenges.
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of discussions and not disclose confidential or commercially sensitive information shared by fellow participants, facilitators or guest executives without prior permission.
5. Photography & Marketing
From time to time, ExecutiveEdge may take photographs or short video recordings during programmes for use on our website, social media channels and other marketing materials.
We take care to respect participants’ privacy and the confidential nature of ExecutiveEdge programmes. We will not intentionally capture confidential workshop materials or commercially sensitive information.
If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs or recordings, please notify us before the programme begins. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are not included in any published marketing content.
6. Limitation of Liability
ExecutiveEdge will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering its programmes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExecutiveEdge’s liability arising from or in connection with a programme shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for that programme.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
